Forklift Operator

Our client, a market leading manufacturers and suppliers of power transmission products (conveyor chain, couplings, brakes) currently have an opportunity for an experience forklift operator to join their day shift team based out of their warehouse in Mulgrave. This role will see you utlising both the counterbalance and high reach forklifts to contribute to the warehouse’s productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating the Toyota counterbalance forklift to load/unload trucks and transfer pallets around the site
• Operating a Toyota High Reach Joystick Forklift to navigate through narrow aisles to rack pallets up to 4 racks high
• Pick packing products from a picking slip
• Assisting in dispatch and receiving duties
• Perform housekeeping activities such as sweeping, tidying and cleaning

About you:

• Hold a valid forklift license with prior counterbalance and high reach experience
• You are confident in your forklift driving and capable of navigating through tight aisles
• Capable of working collaboratively in a team and encourage team work
